Enquiries everywhere
A call, text or Facebook message arrives while you are on a job—and you have to remember to follow it up later.
Muchly is being shaped for small trade businesses that need a clearer way to manage customers, enquiries, quotes, jobs and invoices—from the first call to the final payment.
The working day
Good work can still be hard to run when information is spread across calls, texts, email, paper, spreadsheets and accounting software.
A call, text or Facebook message arrives while you are on a job—and you have to remember to follow it up later.
Customer details, site notes and photos end up split between your phone, notebook, inbox and memory.
You price work in the evening, rebuild similar quotes from scratch and wonder which ones need chasing.
Dates change, urgent work lands and keeping customers or anyone working with you updated becomes another job.
Extra work gets agreed on site, but the detail can disappear before it reaches the final invoice.
The work is finished, but invoices still need sending and overdue payments still need polite reminders.
From first call to payment
The aim is not more software for its own sake. It is a reliable thread through the job, so the next action and the important details are easier to find.
Capture who called, what they need and the next action.
Keep notes together and turn the agreed scope into a clear quote.
Know what is coming up and keep the customer informed when plans move.
Record progress, photos, materials and agreed extras while they are fresh.
Send the right invoice promptly and see what is still outstanding.
Start with the biggest nuisance
Every business works differently. The first step is to understand where your time or money is being lost, then make one practical improvement you can try on real work.
A small working pilot
There is no Muchly platform fee during the agreed pilot period. In return, we need honest feedback and a little time with the person who knows how the business really operates.
The pilot is intentionally small and invitation-only after a conversation. Third-party domain or email services are paid directly to their provider. Website building and hosting are not included.
What happens next
We want to understand the business first and only invite people where there is a useful, manageable problem to solve together.
Show us how enquiries, jobs and paperwork are handled today—even if the system is WhatsApp, a diary and a pile of notes.
We have a short call to understand the real workflow, awkward exceptions and the one problem worth tackling first.
If the pilot is a good fit, we agree a small outcome and how we will tell whether it has helped.
You use the improvement in the business and tell us plainly what works, what gets in the way and what should change.
What gets left until tonight?
We will review your answers and contact you about a short introductory call. Applying does not create an account or guarantee an invitation.
